Hear officer candidates, plan the AI workshop, and define the first version of Success Coach. The meeting notes also celebrate the club’s official recognition.

Agenda

• Hear candidates’ priorities for the club and discuss the open student government representative position.
• Prepare content and promotion for an AI learning event and review the agentic coding workshops.
• Define the chatbot’s initial scope: degree plans and catalog information, events, campus navigation, phone numbers, faculty information, and scholarships.
• Discuss whether the chatbot should retrieve source information, provide an answer, or combine both.
• Identify customer and product management roles, plus infrastructure, architecture, data, AI engineering, testing, UI/UX, and marketing teams.
• Discuss data collection, a technology stack, task priorities, regular check-ins, and documenting the work on GitHub.
